Text February 24, 2012 Sometimes we can’t help but want to contrive negatively…either to gain, or to seek revenge on someone who hurt us. But the thing is…maybe we don’t hate those people. Maybe we just don’t understand the way they behave. Maybe we think too much of our own welfare. Or maybe we enjoyed too much of the rage of hating them that we forgot how to be human to our fellow humans. Whatever the reason we use to justify ourselves, we should keep asking ourselves questions that would lead us back to what we really want to do. Does contriving against someone make us a better person?
